  This place was trash not even too much hair lying around doing nothing better pick up the pace silly little kids it gave me the worst hair cut of my life and my school friends are laughing and making fun of me because of this service. One day i shall grow my hair back, but for now, I sit in embarrassment, humiliation and shame because of this service.

  You not only leave Sibu with beautiful hair but an amazing experience. Jacqui and her team are all so professional and attentive- The salon is like none i have ever experienced, everyone is greeted my name, and made to feel at home from the momnet you enter until you leave. I could not recommended Sibu highly enough and look forward to years ahead with this salon.

  I'm a student, and I asked for a quick trim. It ended up costing me $60. They gave me no warning that they were going to do the old wash, cut and blow dry. Not once did they ask me if I wanted my hair washed, so I felt inclined to do as they said. After washing my hair for a good 20 minutes, they proceeded to cut less than an inch off. I don't see why my hair had to be washed in order to cut so little hair off. I should have been asked if I wanted my hair washed, also I made it incredibly clear that I just wanted a trim. Once the haircut was done, they proceeded to ask how I wanted it dried. Again, I felt that I had to do what they said, so I let them dry my hair straight. All in all, they will take advantage of you, and not tell you that they are going to charge you for every service they force you to utilise. What should have been a 15 minute reasonably priced trim ended up being an hour long and overpriced.

  Great experience and well looked after. Great mens service include old school cut throat razor shave for the back of the neck w hot hot towels!
